It is time to make your reservations for Memorial Day Flag Placement, Saturday, May 27th
Only one person per each Troop, Pack, Crew or Youth Group should handle that group’s reservation.
Please do not respond until you have your COMPLETE count as follows (this is NOT a race):
1) Girls or Boys if Scouts
2) Troop/Pack number
3) Age group of Scouts (not the level, the ages… I’m not sure of the age of a Cadette or Webelo)
4) Number of Scouts
5) Number of Adults
6) Number of others (siblings, etc.)
7) Will you or will you not be staying for lunch… the ELKS serves a free lunch to all who attend and an accurate count helps them to prepare enough food for all without having waste. Please discuss Placement instructions and Decorum with your youth before attending. We want your youth to understand the importance, reverence and respect necessary during this event.
