Pow Wow / University of Scouting 2008 

We Celebrate your YOUTH TODAY - LEADERS TOMORROW at Pow Wow and University of Scouting on Saturday, January 26, 2008 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. The cost is $15 for food (morning snack & lunch), drinks, a commemorative patch, and CD jam-packed with great materials you can use --AND the great day of scouting. (This price is reduced from last year -- thanks to the generosity of several who make this possible.) Some of the sessions will be outdoors -- come prepared!

This is Adult Leader Training! You get to choose from the list of sessions offered. Most sessions are 50 minutes (a few are longer). There will be 6 sessions throughout the day, in addition to an inspiring opening ceremony, and displays by many who have resources for Scouts. The final listing of courses and the times they are offered will be published via email on Friday, January 26 so you can pre-select which sessions you plan to attend. Yes -- YOU CHOOSE what will be most helpful to you!

Why pre-register? You'll be able to skip the registration line and use that time for morning snack & drink, looking at displays, visiting the Scout shop and/or meeting up with other Scouting volunteers and professionals. Save yourself -- mail or fax your registration in NOW! (Faxed registration should include credit card payment, please)

And, WE STILL NEED HELP! Volunteer to staff a session (or other opportunities) and the price is reduced to the staff fee of $5!
