Merit Badge Midway



The Spring 2020 Merit Badge Midway has moved to a Online format, set for May 2nd.


Scouts shall request an approval from their Scoutmaster for each Merit Badge they would like to start or complete at the Video-Conferencing Midway. All Scouts shall contact the Merit Badge Counselor at least one week before to the Midway starts to discuss the video application, Zoom, Skype, or Google Classrooms that will be used, and complete any prerequisites for the Merit Badge’s attempted. This is the registration process. Each Scout SHALL have the Merit Badge worksheets printed, which can be found in the “Prerequisites and Requirements” Section of the flyer, and something to write with prior to the beginning of the Video-Conference. Many time’s it is necessary to complete most of the work prior to the Midway depending on the Merit Badge. **Please have a parent available during the video portion of the training for Youth Protection compliant.
