To earn this rank you must complete the following:

• Four additional required and six additional elective merit badges
• You must plan, develop, and provide leadership for a service project in your community that benefits the non-profit organization chosen to be the beneficiary.
• You must serve actively in a leadership position and be active in their troop/patrol for at least 6 months.
• You must demonstrate you live by the Scout Spirit.
• Complete an “EAGLE APPLICATION” form.
• Participate in a Scoutmaster’s conference.
