July Scout Spotlight – Annabella Edwards from Troop 2019G
Annabella (Bella) is a Founder BSA Scout with Troop 2019 girls in Saugus. She has not been discouraged by the Quarantine and has been very active Scouting from home. She enjoys participating virtually with her Patrol & Troop. She has been working diligently to earn Merit Badges by participating in the Merit Badge Midways and Merit Badge University, she has also attended several virtual Camp-ins, including the National events and Saturday Scout Live!
Bella is cheerful and friendly when she participates in Zoom meetings with her Patrol and Troop and works on doing a good turn daily! She has been working hard towards achieving her rank advancements and merit badge requirements. She has also reached out to other Scouts in her Troop to offer help with rank advancements.
Bella has earned a total of 4 Merit Badges and advanced from Tenderfoot to Second class rank during Quarantine and she is very close to achieving First Class. She is an exceptional Scout and we are very proud of her commitment to Scouting at Home!
